Sales Tax
Georgia residents will be automatically charged sales tax at 8.00%.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS first-class mail.

Shipping and handling to US addresses in the lower 48 states is a flat rate of $14.00, which includes insurance. Please contact us for shiping fees outside the US, Hawaii & Alaska.

When will my order be shipped?
Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry, you will be pleased to know that all orders will be shipped within one business day once your payment has been processed.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to most European addresses. Please contact us to discuss shipping fees and possible customs fees prior to placing an order.

Returns/Exchanges
We take great pride in our jewelry and want you to shop with confidence! If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it for a full refund (minus shipping costs) or exchange within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment used for purchase. All returns/exchanges must be unworn and in original condition. We do require that you contact us prior to your return/exchange so that we may tell you how and where to ship your item.

We are always interested in your custom orders! Please contact us to chat about your ideas.

One-of-a-kind Availability
All L'Sovie pieces are one-of-a-kind. While our website is updated throughout the day, in the event that two buyers attempt to purchase the same item before it has been updated, we will offer to design a similar, custom piece to the second buyer at their discretion.

Repairs
We will happily repair your orginal L'Sovie piece in the unlikely event it breaks under normal wear within the first six months. You will only be responsible for the shipping charges.
